Elves And the Shoemaker – 2014
I would just like to express thanks to the Playmakers on behalf of the Open Mind Club for a lovely evening in January. Luckily there was no snow around this year, so we had a good attendance from our group.
One of our members brought his wife who was in a wheelchair and has numerous health problems. They have never managed to get there before. They left at half time as she was not feeling great, but at least she had an outing.
I liked the earlier start with the earlier finish time. I have found in the past that, by the time I have taken people to various destinations, I am quite late getting home myself.
