Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised members of the group, and some non-members who provide a service to the group, only use any information collected from the email list on a need to know basis.

We only use the data you provide to email you about events at The Playmakers.

We will never sell or rent details of our email list.

Any non-members who need to access the details are expressly forbidden from using the information for any purpose other than as directed by the chair of The Playmakers.

We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service and to ensure that we comply to the requirements of the current UK data protection regulations (currently GDPR, the General Data Protection Regulations).

You will be able to unsubscribe from our list at any time and all such unsubscribe requests will be honoured.

The Playmakers reserve the right to remove an email address from the mailing list if the group feel that the facility is being abused.


We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. Any emails sent by this group will only be in connection with the provision of information on forthcoming productions.

Ticket Source

When you purchase tickets online via Ticket Source, they will use your information in order to send you details of the performance and your tickets in the media that you choose.

You have the option to additionally be kept informed of other events promoted by Ticket Source and if you choose to do so, your details will be added to their email list and subject to their Privacy Policy.


If you opt to be kept informed of events held by The Playmakers, we will add your details onto our email subscribers list. We currently use MailChimp to process our email subscribers. They have a strict Privacy Policy and will not use your details for any purpose. Your details are held securely and in accordance with current UK data protection regulations.

All our emails will include an Unsubscribe link at the bottom to allow you to unsubscribe from our list at any time. When you unsubscribe, you will be removed from the mailing list and all personal data held about you on the MailChimp servers will be deleted.


Like most interactive web sites this group’s website [or ISP] uses cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting.
